Volunteer Solar LLC provides solar energy system design and installation services including residential solar, commercial solar, battery systems, whole-home backup solutions, mobile power systems, engineering, permitting, and utility interconnection services. All website content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.
3. Estimates, Proposals & Performance Projections
All estimates, production forecasts, savings projections, or system sizing are preliminary and non-binding. Final system design and pricing are subject to site inspection, engineering review, permitting, utility requirements, and equipment availability. Energy production may vary due to weather conditions, shading, equipment degradation, grid outages, and utility changes. Savings and financial returns are not guaranteed.
4. Tax Credits & Incentives Disclaimer
Information regarding tax credits or incentives, including the Federal Investment Tax Credit, is provided for general informational purposes only. Volunteer Solar LLC does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. Customers should consult a qualified tax professional. Incentives are subject to legislative change and eligibility requirements
5. Payments & Financing
Payment terms are governed by the signed installation agreement. Financing, if offered, is subject to third-party lender approval. Volunteer Solar LLC does not guarantee loan approval and is not responsible for lender decisions or changes in financing terms. Deposits may be required and may be non-refundable as specified in the signed agreement. Late payments may delay project timelines.
6. Installation & Utility Interconnection
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, inspections, utility approval timelines, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond reasonable control. Volunteer Solar LLC is not responsible for delays caused by utility providers, permitting authorities, or third-party manufacturers.
7. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, and racking systems. These warranties are separate from any workmanship warranty provided by Volunteer Solar LLC. Monitoring services may rely on third-party platforms, and continuous uptime is not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volunteer Solar LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, business interruption, utility rate changes, power outages, or data loss. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services under the applicable agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, images, graphics, text, and project photos are the property of Volunteer Solar LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
10. User Conduct
Users agree not to attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, submit false information, or misuse contact forms. Volunteer Solar LLC reserves the right to restrict access for violations.
